When requesting a new Position the field parent position is not auto-populating as the Manager’s position
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The parent position file should auto-populate as the manager position
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Request Position
2. parent position is not auto-populating
