ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In SOCS, the stock count export report is visible even without permission (Print Format Type/Stock Count Export).
The report is not available within EICS only SOCS.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The report should not be available in either EICS or SOCS
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Validate the user doesn't have access to the stock count export report.
2. In EICS the stock count export report is not available for the user.
3. In SOCS, the stock count export report is visible even without permission.
