Goal

The job MERCHAPI_DELTA_EXT_ORDER_ADHOC_PROCESS is unstable in execution as per scheduled routine.
This job is supposed to run every 15 minutes as per schedule but the occurrence is not seen. This is a webhook batch which is supposed to carry outbound transaction from RMFCS to external Apps.
