Print Receivables Transactions - Not able to burst Attachments along with the AR Invoice in Email


Users are  trying to use "Print Receivables Transactions" program to burst AR Invoice along with any attachments on the invoice header.
All the pre-requisites setups are in place, but only the AR Invoice is coming in the email as an attachment and the actual invoice attachment is not coming.

Where is the Attachments being added to the email?
