When Navigating from CX to CPQ the User Cannot Sign-on; SSO Page is Displayed (Doc ID 3007804.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A particular user is having an issue when navigating from CX to CPQ. Instead of loading CPQ page, the SSO login appears.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting the user to navigate from CX to CPQ without needing to login to CPQ.
This is working for all other users.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Sales > Opportunities
3. Search and edit opportunity
4. Switch to Quotes and Orders subtab
5. Click the Create Quote button
or open an existing quote
