Downloaded Contract Present Different Format In PDF And Word (Doc ID 3007864.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, File Import/Export

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When downloading the Contract in PDF it shows different from its Word version. As the lines doesn't start and end with the same word.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The downloaded file has to be the same for PDF and Word as the lines and words must show the same placement.


STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to a Contract > click on the Contract Terms tab.
2. Click on the Terms Actions button > select Download Contract > select Word as File Format and Regenerated contract terms as Source > Click Download. This downloads the contract in Word format.
3. Then click on the Actions button > select Preview. This downloads the contract in PDF format.
4. When comparing the 2 formats the lines and words don't present a word-to-word, line-to-line match.
