Financial Reporting Studio(FRS) Report Is Not Expanding the Output Even after Clicking on the "Expand All" Functionality in the Report (Doc ID 3007873.1)

Symptoms

Users have created Financial Reporting Studio(FRS) report using 'Expand All' functionality available at Grid level.
Report is working fine without clicking 'Expand All' button but while clicking on "Expand All" page, system is not generating output.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: Others> Financial Reporting Center
Search: Custom report that is in question
Run: The custom report with desired parameters.
Findings: Expand All functionality is not working for this FRS report.
