Symptoms
User could not update RFI properties value
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1. rfi.cfin.ignorePrimaryAddrInd rfi property is unavailable in UI in System configuration
2. Unable to update the value for rfi.mail.to.addr.list under system configurations, the values we are updating are not getting saved
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should have option to update RFI properties from UI
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into RFI
2. Navigate to System configurations
3. Try to update rfi.mail.to.addr.list property value from UI
4. Check for rfi.cfin.ignorePrimaryAddrInd rfi property
