Create Subscription API Returns 200 OK Inspite Of Exception At Create Trigger And Record Roll Back (Doc ID 3007916.1)

On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, REST/Web Services

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Create subscription API is returning 200 as response in Postman and gives all subscription details in response, but the subscription is not available in UI.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If API has returned the subscription details in response, the record should exists in the DB and available in UI.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Custom code placed at Create Trigger for the child object.
2. API Request initiated to Create Subscription, OK 200 response with Subscription data
3. Validate the data in DB or UI, record does not exists.
