RFI Global Log Has Error cfin.cfin.servicesInScope IS NOT Defined/Configured In Rfi Properties (Doc ID 3008176.1)

In MFCS, File Upload of FIF GL CROSS REF is not working. IMCS posting of invoices, however, is functioning.

When the file upload is done for fif gl cross ref, it does a validation for the code combos by calling a web service.

Does "Cannot find service Config" mean the config for the web service URL is missing in MFCS or is there an issue in RFI?

Symptoms:

- The following error is logged in the RFI global error log:

- Getting the error in Review Status tab of File Upload, Error="Cannot find service Config"

- There is no entry in the RFI GLAccount Log
