Symptoms

Problem Description:

An agent shows a status of Agent Failed in the Preview Pane in Agent Management.

When viewing the Agents report or clicking the link on the Agent Failed status, the following error is shown:

[nQSError: 77006] Oracle BI Presentation Server Error: A fatal error occurred while processing the request. The server responded with: Soap invocation to security service failure. HTTP error code: '500'.
