Goal

Why Confirm Receipt Notifications are being send to the Requester or Users, even though Purchase Order was Fully Received by using the User Interface (UI)?

User has received the Purchase Order by using the UI, however, system keep on sending the escalation mails.
Now when the User opened the Notification details, there are no details displayed because the Receipt was created from the UI.
