On : 23.D.02 version, Configuration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A scheduled activity that is assigned to a bucket and with an expired Service Window is not triggering alerts and changing its color to show its in jeopardy

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Scheduled activities with expired Service Windows should trigger an alert and show its color as in jeopardy when they are assigned to a bucket

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create/find an activity has expired Service Window and is assigned to a bucket. Make sure it is scheduled.
2. While on "Dispatch Console" change to list view and select the date that the activity is scheduled
3. Check the color of the activity.
