Symptoms
When attempting to access the detail form or add a line item to an auto-created record the following error occurs:

Error: [Random Generated String] An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request..
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to the auto-created record.
- Attempt to access the detail form or add a line item.
- Observe the error.
