Symptoms

 403 Error while calling IMCS and RPCS Rest services even with proper roles.

 Some users get consistently "403 : Forbidden Error" when calling REST Services via the Swagger of these applications .

The user working properly has the security group REIM_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB and its PREPROD whereas the other user only has the PREPROD security group.
