Symptoms
The 'COMBO OPERATOR' Column Not Available in CVB Spreadsheet when the customer downloads it, despite it been in the database.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. review the CVB config spreadsheet having downloaded it and note that 'COMBO OPERATOR' is missing.
2. review the CVB_HEAD table and confirm if 'COMBO OPERATOR' is present.
