Pinned Filters Not Working On Multiple Canvas Workbooks (Doc ID 3009206.1)

Symptoms

Pinned Filters no longer work for multiple-canvas workbooks.
With filters on canvas 1, user can “pin” several filters. However when moving to canvas 2, none of the pinned canvases appear.
 Same issue happens for multiple workbooks and environments. This was previously working.

 Existing workbooks do not work as described in the documentation, regardless of personalization.
