Symptoms
When attempting to delete balance feeds elements,
the following error occurs:
ERROR
-----------------------
PAY-1635243: This balance feed can't be deleted. Balance feeds created as a result of balance classifications can't be deleted.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When trying to delete balance feeds elements (from UI or HDL).
2. Error occurs.
3. When then trying to actually End Date from UI, it works, but from (HDL) HCM Data Loader not.
4. If trying to do this in bulk by using HDL tool, the system creates yet another element from the next day.
Example: End Date : 1951/01/01, new Effective start date 1951/01/02.
