EICS - Item Lookup Does Not Load Transaction History Info (Doc ID 3009353.1)

Goal

Searching for items on the item lookup, the Transaction History tab shows the message "No information available to display". The same item on the Transaction History screen shows Inventory Adjustments from a week ago.

How is the same information shown on both screens?.
