Symptoms
Getting error while trying to configure a DBAAS connection to make a call to the Oracle package/procedure.
ERROR

oracle.tip.tools.ide.adapters.cloud.api.plugin.CloudApplicationAdapterException: Failed to create stored procedure page due to: Database type not supported. Encountered a database type ABCD.ITEM_NUMBER_LIST that is either not supported or is not implemented. Parameter ITEMLIST is of type ABCD.ITEM_NUMBER_LIST which is either not supported or is not an implemented datatype. Check to ensure that the type of the parameter is one of the supported datatypes or that there is a collection or user defined type definition representing this type defined in the database
