Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Contract Terms have inconsistent formatting when downloaded as word and uploaded. The format and font do not match and are not incline with other text.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect format and font to remain consistent after download and upload.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upload documents with consistent formatting.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------

  1. Open contract with contract terms.
  2. On "Contract Terms" page Export terms in order to edit.
  3. Edit indented line in Microsoft Word.
  4. Import edited file.
  5. Preview contract.
  6. Observe inconsistent numbering and underlining in contract terms.
