On : 23.D.13 version, API
When attempting to download daily extract files we receive error 404 Not Found.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. List Daily Extract Files for a specific date. Note down the file names available.
2. Execute GET https://INSTANCE_NAME.fs.ocs.oraclecloud.com/rest/ofscCore/v1/folders/dailyExtract/folders/2024-02-15/files/FILENAME.jpg
3. Response received is 404 Not Found
