Symptoms

When attempting to create RMCS contract from Sales order and subscription management while running the concurrent program "Extract Sales Orders for Revenue Management",
the following error occurs.

ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row ORA-06512: at "FUSION.DOO_RMCS_DOC_LINE_MAPPER", line 317
ORA-06512: at "FUSION.DOO_RMCS_CHILD_INTEGRATION", line 762

One of the batches failed because it contains order lines that are corrupt or the lines contain data that don't conform to Order Management's data model. Make sure order lines include required attributes. Make sure data for attributes on order lines are in the correct data type, don't exceed their maximum length, and so on, then run the scheduled process again.
