GROW - Competencies Not Showing In GROW Explore Page (Doc ID 3010416.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Profile Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
GROW - Competencies not showing in GROW explore page

Enabled Oracle GROW in the environment.
Employee goes to GROW, clicks on Explore Careers.
They are able to see Job model profiles, but when they click on it.
It doesn't bring any information like Competencies, Degrees, Licenses, Other requirements - all these section are completely blank.

The job model profile has all this data and the subscriber "Career Development" is added to it.
able to see the information from Career and Performance>Career Development>Explore Career page.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as an employee
2. Go to Grow page > Explore careers
3. System shows job model profiles but when they click on it, it does not show Competencies, Degrees, Licenses, Other requirements
