Symptoms

Facing a frequent error while open and click on Cancel button on the opportunity records.
The error is not seen on Save buttons.
The error is seen when user clicks on cancel, even just visit record and cancel without any changes to the record.

Opportunity Workspace/Listing page > open an opportunity record > edit page > click on Cancel button
