"TypeError: e.map is not a function" Error when Using oj-dynamic-form for LOVs Based on External REST Service (Doc ID 3010652.1)

Symptoms

On : 24.01.1 version, Application Development (Visual Builder/Designer). Please note, this issue only affects Visual Builder Runtime version 24.01.1. 

When creating a dropdown list using the oj-dynamic-form component, a user may face the following error: 

This error may occur when the oj-dynamic-form is connected to an external REST service that has LOVs (list of values). The LOVs need to be displayed on the drop down menu.
