Goal

You have a few existing SOA On MarketPlace instances (SOA, OSB, MFT and DB Systems) which are currently in one Virtual Cloud Network (VCN). Is it possible to move these instances from the current VCN as lift and shift AND without needing to build a new set of provisioning for the new VCN, that includes all other configurations and migrations of the applications?
