Purpose
This integration provides a unified solution for synchronizing customer data between Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) using the Oracle Integration Cloud.

Scope
Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service Integration to Oracle E-Business Suite supports the following business processes:
- General Ledger Extract Process OS (Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service Initiated): Used to transfer all approved General Ledger transactions from Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service to Oracle E-Business Suite for General Ledger for journal creation via Object Storage.
- General Ledger Extract Process FTP (Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service Initiated): Used to transfer all approved General Ledger transaction from Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service to Oracle E-Business Suite for General Ledger for journal creation via FTP.
- Account Payable Request Extract Process OS (Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service Initiated): Used to transfer payable refund payment request from Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service to Oracle E-Business Suite for one-time payment creation via Object Storage.
- Account Payable Request Extract Process FTP (Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service Initiated): Used to transfer payable refund payment request from Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service to Oracle E-Business Suite for one-time payment creation via FTP.
- Account Payable Data Payment Update Process (Oracle E-Business Suite Initiated): Used to send AP refund request payment information from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service.
