Error 'EAccessViolation in module PM.EXE' in P6 Professional When Loading a Layout with Filters Applied and Row Height Set to Optimize Height by Row Content

Symptoms
When logging in to P6 Professional when a layout in which the following conditions are met is applied, the following error occurs:
Exception EAccessViolation in module PM.EXE at 000000000086C5A4.
Access violation at address 0000000000C6C5A4 in module
PM.EXE'. Read of address 0000000000000008.
The issue can be reproduced by loading and applying a layout where the following conditions are met:
- Optimize height by row content is enabled.
- A filter is applied in the layout that causes all rows to be hidden.
Additional symptoms include a general AVAA0 event code error occurring when the user is already logged into P6 Professional and one of the following actions are taken:
- Loading a layout that contains filters that hides all rows and row height is set to Optimize height by row content.
- Refreshing the activities page with row height set to Optimize height by row content with no filters applied.
