Symptoms

In Skills Advisor for Learning Processes, Learning Administrators are unable to to create a learning process. The filtered list hyperlink is missing after enabling Dynamic Skills.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. My Client Groups > Learning > Skills Advisor for Learning Processes
  2. Click the + Add button
  3. Enter Process Name and Description
  4. Click Filtered List dropdown
  5. Nothing appears
