Symptoms

  PROBLEM STATEMENT: Activity failed to be cancelled in OFS from external system.
  ERROR (if applicable):

  ACTUAL BEHAVIOR: Error 409 was returned when creating the activity.
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: The activity should have been created.
  RECREATE STEPS:
- Try to create an activity using the url: https://{instance}.etadirect.com/rest/ofscCore/v1/activities
- The API response is error 409.
