Symptoms

The "A to Z" sort button is missing in the Browse->Topic Index area when the user's language is set to any language other than English.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login with a user's language preference set to any language besides English.
  2. Go to Me->Learning->Browse
  3. Click Topic Index
  4. The "A to Z" filter option is missing
