Symptoms
The "A to Z" sort button is missing in the Browse->Topic Index area when the user's language is set to any language other than English.
Steps to Reproduce
- Login with a user's language preference set to any language besides English.
- Go to Me->Learning->Browse
- Click Topic Index
- The "A to Z" filter option is missing
