Symptoms

Data exported from OTM displays records in general/text format

When exporting data from OTM, the data records for Stop/Cost/etc which are numbers are being displayed as general/text format instead of as numbers format.

Go to any screen set and run a search and export the results of the said search results

The excel format is general/text for all columns
