Symptoms

When importing APEX pages or components from another APEX instance/environment gets:

      Bad Request HTTP Status Code: 400

What is Working:
Import of Whole applications works fine

Additional Information:
- Both Workspace and Application have SAME IDs and using same products version on source and target environments.
