Symptoms

 

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When loading data from Import management to service request object, if data is of any other language other than english, those are loading as special characters into application


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The data should load as per the source csv file

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Tools-> Import Management-> Select Service Request
2. The record inserted shows ??? for non-english scripts
