On : NA version, Setup and Configuration

Could be possible to manage the list of person type values without Human Capital Management subscription ?

We would like to know if with Financials subscription for using Project Portfolio Management (without the Human Capital Management subscription), could be possible to manage the list of person type values?
Our aim is to edit the list in "manage person type".
