When attempting to approve the DOR transaction, an error occurs.

An error occurred. Contact your help desk. (FND-2),
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected the DOR to be approved successfully.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee submits a DOR transaction
2. Approver opens the notification and clicks on approve
