24A/24B Unable to upload new PGP keys for BICC extracts using UCM Connection (Doc ID 3012786.1)

Symptoms

Customer is getting Error when they click on Data Encryption in BICC console and attach the PGP key, then below errors are showing:

[BIACM0118] Cause: Unable to save External Storage Configuration.

If Data Encryption is not checked, UCM connection is successful.

Navigation path/steps to reproduce:

Login to BIACM.
Navigate to Configure External Storage.
Upload the PGP key under Data Encryption Configuration and select save the connection.
The key is not getting added to the list of keys after choosing the file.
