Symptoms
Multiple issues with French Lang Item Induction:
1) When uploading with EA it fails with invalid UOM in 'Item SUpp Country tab'
2) When changing 'EA' to 'PCE', standard_uom failing with invalid UOM in 'Item_master tab'
