Triggering ETL Throwing Error "ETL cannot be triggered as an ETL session with session ID XXX is already running" (Doc ID 3013062.1)

Symptoms

In OTM / GTM Transport Intelligence, the observation is ETL Process is not loading data in HDOWNER schema and thus FTI is not sowing any data.

All the setups and configurations are properly defined and required data load agents are also active and running- still TI did not show any data.

 

When user triggers ETL process manually, it throws error as follows :

Note : XXX refers any integer number.

When checked the status for ETL with the session ID on the error message, it was found that- the ETL is already completed and no other session is active.
