On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, New Item Requests and Change Orders

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Change Order Review notification opens up blank

When the user opens up the change order Review notification, it comes up blank. When the same user open's up an approval notification, the details are shown. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Notification should not be blank
