ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
the Get Activity Booking Options API is returning availability even when the resources do not have capacity to perform the activities.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. For example, if 2 resources are part of a resource bucket. Work shift of each resource pertain to 600 mins. Internal activity assigned for each resource accounts to 210 mins. Available minutes for each resource is 390.
2. Considering no other activities assigned, a Get Activity Booking Options API call is made for the associated capacity area, and using the parameter "duration" with a value higher than 360 minutes.
3. Recently this behavior looks to be changed and availability is returned even if 700 mins is passed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Any duration greater than 360 should not return dates, because in this case 30 mins of default travel time are considered, for a total of 390 minutes.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
This has caused overbooking and is a significant impairment
