Financial Reports (FR) Grid Error 'Error: Invalid Value!'

Symptoms
When attempting to edit a particular report from FR Web Studio, the following error occurs.
ERROR

ERROR: Invalid Value!!!
Value cannot be a negative number
From FR Web Studio's Report section, if one clicks on the report's name, this displays all the objects (grid, text, image, etc.). For this particular report, it only displays text object. The grid is nowhere to be found even though Grid1 is accessible under Body section of the report.
In addition, PDF Preview of the same report returns blank page. However, HTML Preview successfully displays data.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the report in FR Web Studio.
2. Select Grid1.
3. From the Grid Properties box->Position section, the Top fields displays default value of "-33420".
