Two Net Payt are displaying on the Statement Of Earnings (SOE) Page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should only be one Net Pay in the SOE balance header.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1. Calculate Quickpay
2. Two net pay value displaying on the Statement of earnings page.
