Symptoms

In EICS, Even though the user role does not have "Override Not After Date" permission assigned, they can still receive the PO with ASN where the "Not after date" has passed.

Steps To Reproduce:

Prerequisite: User role does not have "Override Not After Date" permission assigned

1. Create a PO in RMS
2. Create ASN for the same PO in Supplier Portal
3. Wait for next day after "Not after date" for PO has passed
4. Perform DSD receiving in SOCS using Store Associate role.
