Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households


Rollups are not getting calculated

Created roll ups for Account object which does calculation based on the related Custom Object.

Although the incremental process is schedule for every 1 hour and completing successfully, the roll ups are not re-calculated based on the changes done.
