Group By Is Not Visible On "My Open HR Help Desk Request" (Doc ID 3014349.1)

Symptoms

When trying to enable the "Group By" on Help Desk > "My Open HR Help Desk Request" follow these steps below. For some reason, Group By still doesn't showing up as shown in the screenshot below:

 

 

 

 

Step to reproduce the issue:

1. In the Setup and Maintenance search for Configure Adaptive Search > Configure UI -> Find Objects 'HR Help Desk Request'.

2. Select the fields that are required under the 'Enable for Group By' column.

3. Save and close.
