Purpose

The BDS Diagnostic Bundle (BDSDiagBundle) should be used when opening an SR for any BDS ODH service issue. The bundle collects data required to begin troubleshooting an issue. When opening any BDS ODH SR, download the BDS Diagnostic Bundle, run it, and upload the collected logs to the SR.

This note contains two major sections:

  1. "Accessing the BDS Diagnostic Bundle" details how to access the BDS Diagnostic Bundle
  2. "Using the BDS Diagnostic Bundle" details how to collect the required data collection for the issue faced

Scope

Anyone opening an SR with Oracle Support to troubleshoot a BDS ODH cluster service issue.
