Symptoms

Instructor's are not getting Alerts for upcoming Instructor Led Training (ILT) Activities they are assigned to.

The Event Alert WLF-00004 (Upcoming ILT Activity To Instructors Reminder 1) is enabled and is enabled in the My Client Groups->Learning->Configure Alerts area.
