Symptoms

On : 19.0.3 version, All Other Issues

An out of balance transaction error occurs in ReSA when an item is returned.

The RTLOG record for the return transaction has two lines for each tax location, but one line has a positive value and the second line has a negative value.

Expected Behavior
-----------------
Both tax lines for the RTLOG file return record should be negative.
